Thanks, I&#039;m happy you&#039;re enjoying building my Wall-E design (don&#039;t forget to share some pictures once you are done!). The Eve design sounds plausible, controlling pitch and roll with the servo fins and yaw using the differential props; very similar to an RC helicopter. It would be a very challenging build from a mechanics and control prospective, and you will need to use very strong (and noisy) fans to produce enough thrust for levitation. For a project like that I&#039;d encourage you to build a test assembly of the ducted fan first so that you can test its performance, before building Eve around it.

I&#039;ve also been thinking about building another robot from Wall-E: &quot;Mo&quot; the cleaning robot. The robot balances on one single wheel, so it would also be an interesting robot to build. I am working on printing the parts right now and look forward to bringing a Wall-E to life for my kids.

I am also big on learning how to use gyro and accelerometer sensors - I believe I&#039;d like to attempt single ducted-fan levitation (twin prop, single shaft), with servos directing thrust via upper and bottom fins to balance the robot. The &#039;Eve&#039; robot from Wall-E may be my first attempt - the shape from top to bottom is perfect for such a design.
